Welcome to the Lucky Charm Pop-Up Store!

We are a Popup Store, which means we are open for short periods spread out through the year. Currently, we will remain open till 25th May 2026, and will tentatively reopen on 1st July 2026.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

​

The Lucky Charm is a Woman-run Handmade Accessory store run by an overwhelmed law student. As such, we try our best to keep operations as smooth as possible, but a small margin for human error remains. Thus, please consider the order confirmed only once the official order confirmation from info@theluckycharmpopupstore.com is received. 

The order Confirmation will be sent manually within Four Hours of receipt of the Order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

​

Cancellations of individual charms, beads, or pre-made accessories should be made within four hours of having received order confirmation. Beyond this time-frame it is likely that we will already have packed your order.

Custom Orders cannot be cancelled due to their individual nature.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

​

Due to the custom nature of our products and our limited pop-up window, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your charm selections before completing your purchase. In case of receipt of a defective product, please send us pictures of the defective product and we shall arrange for a refund or a replacement. Replacement or refunds will only be issued on unused and defective items.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We offer beautiful customised accessories in the form of Bag Charms, Phone Charms, Necklaces, Bracelets, and Earrings. We have an assortment of Base accessories in our Custom Design sections that you can customise with Beds, Clasps, and Charms. 

However, if none of these catch your fancy, send us a text on Whatsapp or Instagram with your vision and any charms/beads that catches your eye.

  • Fulfillment: Assembling your custom charms and shipping them to you.

  • Communication: Sending order updates or contacting you regarding your 3-hour cancellation window.

  • Delivery: Sharing your contact details with our logistics partners for successful door-to-door delivery.

  • Offer Related Communication: Occasional communication regarding offers on products you have shown an interest in.

Third-Party Services & Security

  • Platform: Our store is hosted on Wix.com. Your data may be stored through Wix’s secure databases behind a firewall.

  • Payments: We process all payments via Razorpay. We do not see or store your credit card or bank details; Razorpay handles all transactions via PCI-DSS compliant encryption.

  • Logistics: To deliver your charms, we share your name, address, and phone number with our delivery partners, which may include BlueDart, Delhivery, or SpeedPost.
