Shipping Policy

We offer Pan-India delivery at a nominal delivery cost. All orders are fulfilled via Delhivery and Tracking is shared as soon as the order is shipped.
Individual Charm, Bead, Chain, Accessory, or Studio Design orders that do not require assembly or crafting will be shipped within 2 - 3 working days from the date of confirmation.
All Customised Accessory orders will ordinarily be ready within 5 - 7 working days and pictures of the final product will be shared with the customer via email for confirmation.
In case the customer requires changes to the layout of the product, the same will be made as per the customer's direction within two days of receipt of such communication. Changes to the layout can only be made twice per accessory.
Upon receipt of confirmation from the customer, the order shall be shipped within 2 - 3 working days from the date of receipt of confirmation.
Please provide the exact address to facilitate smooth delivery.
Articles lost during transit will be refunded after due verification.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products. Any cancellation of orders that do not require assembly and craftig can be made within 3 hours of the order being confirmed. Custom orders can be edited within 6 hours of confirmation of order but cannot be cancelled.
If a product is lost or is delivered in a damaged condition, refund shall be issued after due confirmation.
